Terms of delivery

We deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria and Germany
We charge shipping costs worldwide at €9.50 per order.

Deliveries abroad:

IMPORTANT: For deliveries abroad the following regulations apply:
In accordance with European regulations, the respective sales tax of the country of delivery will be charged.

The shipping costs to foreign countries listed here are accordingly exclusive of VAT. The shipping costs including VAT of the respective country of delivery are displayed in the shopping cart. The shipping costs are calculated depending on the weight as follows (the shipping costs are shown below in steps). You can see the intermediate steps in the shopping cart):


France, Monaco, Poland and the Czech Republic:
Up to 2 KG = €12.80, up to 5 KG = €14.40, up to 10 KG = €17.00, up to 20 KG = €22.20, 30 KG = €27.40.

Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary:
Up to 2 KG = € 13.50, up to 5 KG = € 15.60, up to 10 KG = € 19.20, up to 20 KG = € 26.30, 30 KG = € 33.40.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal and Romania:
Up to 2 KG = € 13.90, up to 5 KG = € 16.40, up to 10 KG = € 20.60, up to 20 KG = € 29.00, 30 KG = € 37.40.

Delivery countries outside the EU

The following shipping costs are calculated without VAT. An administrative fee of € 5.00 will be charged for the preparation of customs documents.
In the case of delivery to non-EU countries, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to enquire about the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing the order.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Up to 2 KG = €13.10, up to 5 KG = €14.80, up to 10 KG = €17.70, up to 20 KG = €23.40, 30 KG = €29.10.
 
Great Britain:
Up to 2 KG = €13.90, up to 5 KG = €16.00, up to 10 KG = €19.60, up to 20 KG = €23.10, 30 KG = €33.80.

Iceland and Norway:
Up to 2 KG = €13.90, up to 5 KG = €16.40, up to 10 KG = €20.60, up to 20 KG = €29.00, 30 KG = €37.40.

USA and Canada:
Up to 2 KG = € 38.00, up to 5 KG = € 56.00, up to 10 KG = € 61.80, up to 20 KG = € 91.60, 30 KG = € 121.40

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 6 - 8 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Important for commercial orders without VAT:

Please indicate your sales tax identification number. After receiving the order, we will check the validity of the VAT number. If the order is confirmed successfully, we will convert the order into an "intra-community delivery" and invoice it without VAT.

• If you choose one of the payment options where the amount is debited directly after the order is completed (PayPal, credit cards or Sofort Überweisung by Klarna), the VAT will be refunded after checking the (VAT ID).
• If you choose the payment option "EU standard bank transfer", you will receive an email with our bank details after checking the (VAT ID). At this moment the amount without VAT will be displayed, which you can then transfer.

The minimum order value is: 25,00 €.
If the minimum order value is not reached, we will charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 10,00 €.
